A Football Life - NFL Network - Promax/BDA, Creative Promotional Package

A Football Life is NFL Networks flagship program that offers original content exclusively on it’s Network. When tasked to create a premier graphic representation all the athletes I was able to work with VP and Creative Directors at NFL Network to create a canvas and look that lended itself to players of different generations and teams. As Art Director, we needed something generic while at the same time clean and visually interesting. Why not build it?

After gathering memorabilia, jerseys, photos, Super Bowl Rings and of course the Lombardi Trophy we were able to create a stunning environment where the history of these plays could live. Shot in a cinematic style we were able to isolate specific players and tell very short stories about all 13 athletes of the show. After the shoot it was time to replace green screen, composite additional elements / titles, and color correct to bring the piece up to the level that it deserved. Enjoy this walk down memory lane with some of the greatest players of yester-year.

My Role as Art Director challenged me to find this canvas for our talents memorabilia and acutramont. This had specific challenges, one being that I knew that there would be a wide variety of colors and elements. Making sure we were able to tell the story visually while also not too cluttered or busy.

Working with the team at NFL Network and Stun Creative I was able to direct content to completion, included an On-Air Promotional Package and Toolkit.
